On Wednesday, October 22, a team of twelve dedicated NTN employees rolled up their sleeves and spent the morning enhancing the natural beauty of this beloved local preserve. The volunteer group focused its efforts on trail maintenance, moving and spreading a significant amount of mulch throughout Spring Valley’s extensive 3.5-mile trail system. Their work helped improve trail accessibility and safety for the thousands of visitors who enjoy Spring Valley each year. “We’re incredibly excited to be part of the Schaumburg community,” said Tom Mohrdieck, president and CEO of NTN Bearing Corporation of America. “This volunteer event at Spring Valley marks our first corporate citizenship initiative since relocating our headquarters here, and it’s a meaningful way for us to give back to a community that has welcomed us so warmly. Supporting Spring Valley and its mission to connect people with nature aligns perfectly with our Community Spirit &amp; Engagement Program, which is all about making a positive impact where we live and work.
